How and where we dispatch research materials.

Dispatch & processing

Orders are processed once payment has cleared. Orders placed before 2:00pm GMT on a business day are typically dispatched the same day; orders after that, or at weekends/UK bank holidays, are dispatched the next business day. All items are shipped from the United Kingdom under cold-chain conditions where required.

UK delivery

UK orders are sent by 24hr tracked delivery. Free standard shipping applies to orders over £100; otherwise a flat shipping charge is shown at checkout. Estimated delivery is 1–2 business days after dispatch.

International delivery & destination restrictions

We only ship to destinations where the specific product may lawfully be supplied as a research material. Availability varies by country and by product, and certain compounds are restricted to the UK only or are unavailable to some destinations. Restricted items are removed before payment at the address step. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that import of a research material is lawful in their jurisdiction; customs duties and import taxes, where applicable, are the customer's responsibility.

Guaranteed to arrive, or your money back

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will reship it free or refund you in full — your choice. The guarantee covers the order value including delivery. It does not apply where an address was entered incorrectly.

Lost or delayed shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact customerservices@peptide-hq.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier. Risk in the goods passes on delivery to the address provided.
